Thyme Foot Salts
Materials
- 2 Tbsp Dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp Dried peppermint
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1/4 cup Bicarbonate of soda
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Pour into a glass container
- Add 2 Tbsp to a foot bath of warm water
- Soak for at least 10 minutes
