Parsley Spaghetti

Parsley spaghetti Barefoot HerbsParsley Spaghetti is a very simple dish which makes the most of freshly cut parsley.  It is a wonderful meal for those days when you are rushed or don’t want to spend ages in the kitchen.  While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the parsley oil, and you can have supper ready in 15 minutes.

A tomato salad is a perfect side dish if you need a little extra something.

Parsley Spaghetti

Don't let the simplicity of this dish fool you. Fresh parsley is the perfect partner for garlic, and it also neutralizes the smell! Use fresh parsley and garlic, dried doesn't work here. A tomato salad works well as a side dish.
