Basil is well know as a culinary herb, but it is also an important medicinal one. Unsurprisingly, it is a very uplifting herb. And, I’m sure you agree, it smells just like summer, so how can you feel down when you are reminded of sunny skies and warm weather? This is a medicinal wine but it tastes great, so can be used as a social beverage as well. It is lovely as a cooler – simply add to soda water or lemonade with lots of ice.
Basil Wine for Mental Fatigue and Burnout
